I think all parties need to settle on an X amount of money that all sides believe is fair (let’s say $4,000.00 or so). That amount is then divided by 4 and is given to each player on signing day ($1,000.00). That is all they get until the next year. If they transfer out, the school they transfer to is responsible for the $1,000.00 payment. If the player turns pro after 3 years, he would only get 3 out of the possible 4 yearly payments. The main thing is the payments are all EQUAL for ALL players.
Instead of say Arch Manning getting 10 million, make all the pay much lower for everyone and spend that extra to make sure all college baseball players have full scholarships. Do it for all sports for men and women.
This model is about fairness to all and most of all an equal playing field for all schools across the nation.

what do you think about this? what would you do differently?
