Two big things worry me about the BAB.
First off - Virginia Tech is going to be better. Budd Foster is one of the best defensive coaches in the country. He is wonderful at bringing pressure and at scheming things up. The problem Va Tech has had is that their offense has been pretty bad. New head coach Justin Fuentes is a very talented coach and a good offensive mind. I don't think Va. Tech has the talent we do, but I do think they have pretty good talent and two very good coordinators which is enough to give me a little concern.
EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY - Secondly - I also worry about injuries that could hamstring us for the rest of the year. I am not sure how good a field that is constructed at the last second on a race car track can really be. I know it surely will not be as good as playing on a real football field. I think this will be a very physical game and I am a bit concerned that there could be injuries due to the turf and playing surface.
