In the 2018 class, Wray is a Tennessee resident who is commited to uga. Armstrong is a Georgia resident that has high interest in Tennessee. TOS has Wray as the #44 overall player and Armstrong as the #55 overall player. They play the same position, amd I think Armstrong is a little bigger. If we should get Armstrong, would it be considered a wash?
