Talk about a distraction. Here's a program from rural South Carolina trying to take the national stage and prove it belongs. Some of the things those guys do seem kind of high schoolish, like running down a bluff onto the field (after rubbing a rock). Everyone roaming the field after homegames, having 'pizza parties' with all the fans. And to me, their uniforms are a living testament to the 1980's. But i know if you're a fan, you think all this stuff is awesome.
But now we have this. Players admitting that they engage in deliberate non-consensual (and homosexual) acts with the hopes of "distracting the opponent." And not only that, but the starting LB (who pulls this crap too) comes out and says that folks who don't understand "didn't have any friends when they played." What's he mean by "friend??"
When Clemson runs out of the tunnel, to me they're already down a field goal because of the distraction of Butt-Gate.
