Brent chose Jesse to be the most substantive voice of arguably the #1 fansite of a major program that is one of the primary divisional rivals of both his homestate school and his alma mater. Do any other writers hold such a position? Jesse is fairly balanced in his reporting, as nobody could get away with blatantly trolling a passionate fan base. And it's nice having someone writing articles who can speak intelligently about some of the technical aspects of the game of football. But the situation is...unusual is it not?
