Does the 2018 class need to be top 10 to compete for East?

talent wise I think Georgia by 2018 will have more talent than us if we don't land top 10 or even top 5. They are stacking top 5 classes right now but they have a very young roster.

Florida won't have more talent and neither will any other east team.
