Does the ACC have better football coaches than the SEC?

Because the ACC won 10 of 14 games in head to head competition, including the National Championship game, this past season.
Also, interesting fact is that Dabo Sweeney had no previous coordinator or head coaching experience and Jumbo Fisher had no previous head coaching experience when hired as head coach.Members and mods thoughts?
