I ordered a black toilet for my Tennessee bathroom, it arrived broke in about 100 pieces. Pieces were literally sticking out the box and they left it anyway. I then received my Tennessee stained glass billiard light it arrived with two panels broke. Two Tennessee stained glass lamps, broke. We ordered some toys from Target, big mistake! Box arrived missing a major item. Called customer service and got a girl in Mexico that spoke broken English, I am assuming it was in Mexico, couldn't get across to her that the item was not shipped, she kept saying to return it and they would refund our money. My wife just called and said she received a curio cabinet via UPS todayand after she opened it, you guessed it, one of the mirror panels was broke. All items were ordered separate and each delivery was screwed. I will no longer shop via internet.
