We're thinking about getting a condo at Harbor Crest with a boat slip to use in the summer. It's only a 30 minute drive to downtown Knoxville plus has great views of the Smokies. I know the water drop in the winter is bad . We looked at Norris but wife didn't like the roads in and out. Comments from anyone spending time on Douglas would be appreciated.
