Im looking to lease some land for duck hunting and found a spot just outside of Sledge, Mississippi. If any of you have ever hunted this area or have any idea if it would be a good place to hunt I would like to hear what you have to say. They gaurentee the field to be flooded and say it will be either rice or soy beans. It has 1 sled blind that seats 6 people comfortably says the owner. They are asking $5500. Is this asking price around average for this area? I have 4 including myself in my hunting group and we are willing to pay $1500-$1800 each.
