When is the appropriate time to move beyond the Butch Jones inherited a "dumpster fire" narrative for Tennessee fans?
I know there are other factors when discussing this issue, but based on just regular season records and recruiting alone there has been improvement but not as much as thought. The two areas a program is mostly judged is wins/losses and recruiting.
