tos has a article up saying the elite 11 finals have been set. Top 24 qb's competing for final 11 rankings. Question is how is Martinez not one of the top 24. He's top 10 dual threat and there are fewer than 24 four or five star qb's in current rankings. As a 4 star you would think Martinez would be in based on the numbers.
