The Oklahoma game is quickly approaching, and the excitement is definitely building. We want to make everyone aware of a few things regarding student tickets. Please take the time to read the following:
1) While you will were able to request guest tickets in addition to your student ticket for Oklahoma, the demand for this game is extremely high. In fact, we have set a record for student ticket requests alone (excluding guest tickets) at close to 13,000. Therefore, guest tickets will not be awarded for this game.
2) Guest tickets may still show up in your cart at checkout, however. This is an issue with the ticket provider that caused some confusion last year. Please be aware that if guest tickets show up in your cart you are not receiving one.
3) While we don't anticipate having unclaimed tickets, students remaining on the waiting list will be given the opportunity to purchase a student ticket prior to any guest ticket sales in the event that any are available the day prior to the game.
4) The lottery for claim 1 is a weighted lottery, which means that the more loyalty points you have the greater chance you have to be chosen for a ticket in claim 1. There is no guarantee that because you have more loyalty points, you will be selected over someone with less loyalty points. Claim 2 is based solely off of loyalty point order. Also, remember that only 1/3 of your loyalty points have been carried over from last season.
