I'd like everyone to take a moment and realize what VFL Reggie McKenzie has done with that team.

He took over a crap roster, a crap salary cap situation, and franchise that hadn't been to the playoffs since 2002(!), and now they're looking at a first round bye.

Hats off to the man, he should win the NFL Executive of the Year award.
