I'm not opposed to a change. Let's discuss the realities of an impromptu coaching change, though. Let's move past "I'm mad, fire coach!" and discuss.
1. Who are you hiring?
2. How much is the change gonna cost (buyouts on both sides, increased salaries, other)?
3. How are you paying for it? (Delaying which capital projects, which boosters writing checks, etc.)
