To do everything his way and causes friction within the coaches and players then we will have a BIG problem. I think hiring someone like AZ co-oc or Legg or others most are asking for, would be when the HC is hiring a whole new offensive staff and the OC brings in guys he has worked with before. If Debord is who butch wants I can support that. Butch has proven he is a good coach and he knows what he is doing. I believe the reason we have shown so much improvement than when Dooley was here is because Dooley didn't have a clue what was needed. Let's give butch our full support. He deserves it!
