In summary, I feel BJ is a winner and coached champs at Cinn & CM with mostly 2/3 star
aths not as much me 1st or NFL oriented, who just need to be coached up & he did successfully...champs & a good bowl trip were enough.
Now to compete in the SEC at UT, he's recruited a roster full of 4/5 star aths who tend to be me 1st and have NFL desires....this alone requires a different level of coaching temperament and
I feel he is having to learn that on the job.
What is your opinion on the mgmt. style differences?
