Sources tell VolQuest that after rebuffing Tennessee's staff earlier this week, Palmer had multiple conversations with Vols coaches today. We first got word earlier today that Palmer was set to host several Tennessee assistants this afternoon.
It's clear N.C. State is the leader for the Georgia cornerback right now, but UT is suddenly back in the picture and is trying to swing the late momentum away from the Wolfpack.
