he would not get rid of underperforming assistants, made a really bad fit hire his last year, and the FB program was in decline when he was termed. We appreciate all that he did in his tenure, but why in the hell would we hire someone like that to be charge of hiring all of our coaches in all sports? Because he is a good guy? This would be a dissappointing hire, and he is going about it the same as he undermined Coach Majors!
