I think everyone can agree with still need a lot more speed and better playmakers.
But one of my biggest concerns is preparation and game planning.
We don’t seem to be putting our guys in the best situations to be successful. Both offensively and defensively. At least not frequently enough to compete.
Our entire defense doesn’t look like it’s been taught to tackle. If we’re too slow to defend on the back end why not dial up more pressure? If guys are gonna be running wide open might as well make the QB make the throw with heat coming.
The entire offense looks flat and not creative at all.
You see week in and week out lesser teams at least competing against superior talent bc they can tackle and coaches can put together a game plan to narrow the gap, even if just a little bit.
Not seeing that at all with this staff. Throw talent out the window. We don’t look well coached at all.
I still don’t understand why we were snapping the ball with 27 secs left on the play clock every single play in the first quarter.
I’ll never claim to be an expert or even know how to coach but so many things outside of just talent continue to make me scratch my head at this team.
