From TOS....Lastly, this weekend, in terms of atmosphere, what about third down? Hard to say and I wouldn’t say if I completely knew, but I am certain the Vols’ behind-the-scenes leaders are working to really get the crowd heavily engaged on third downs. It should be a definitely noticeable change.
