So, our Gameday food this Saturday is going to be
1 Boston Butt Smoked in Cherry wood
1 Pork Shoulder Smoked in Cherry wood
70 Dove Breasts wrapped in Bacon and Jalapeno
4lbs of Gator Tail nuggets (Cooking these Buffalo Wing style)
Then the fixings such as Potato Salad, Coleslaw, chips etc...
Oh, almost forgot, man this Jalapeno Popper Bread is out of this world!
Combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeno and mayonnaise in a bowl. Spread mixture over the top of the bread.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until mixture is melted and bubbly. Then turn on broiler and broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese browns slightly.
Remove pan from oven and set it on a rack. Allow bread to cool for a couple minutes. Slice and serve.

- French Bread - I purchased the one that is frozen and already has the garlic and butter on it.
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 cups Shredded Medium Cheddar
- 3 whole Jalapeno, Stem Removed, Diced
