Yesterday Gatlinburg's Mayor Mike Werner stated that he couldn't force businesses to close for the coronavirus. Then today the mayor of Knoxville closed all bars, restaurants, and events. So, could someone explain to this old man how the Knoxville mayor can take the actions she took but the Gatlinburg mayor can't take the same actions?
