Georgia High School transfer rule

This would be huge! It would effect recruiting heavily too. No more super schools where a coach can convince multiple top rated players to go to one school like we see with Grayson and FSU right now. Also, college coaches would have to do their due diligence and actually travel more to recruit. No more going to one school and watching 4 or 5 Top 247 recruits at once.
