The most beautiful course I've ever played. Astounding and, I thought, very fair.
Had a case of the shanks for the first six holes, quit thinking about it and shot ok (for me) for the rest of the 12 holes. My playing partner played out of his mind and pared 10 in a row.
He shot 85. Me 92.
On to the Dobald Ross tomorrow. Convinced the fore caddie to take off work and join us again.
