Went into (the) Walmart the other day, pretty hot day outside.
Saw no less than five people without a shirt.
I understand if you are half on Spring Break, half or totally drunk, going to Walmart or CVS directly from the beach to get beer, ice, or whatever. ...or maybe with early onset dementia, or even intolerable skin allergies vs any manufactured materials..or maybe have a phobia of wearing top garments....
But, damn.
