Use your 9 iron for bump and runs bc it won't spin and grab like your wedges. Also....picture 1-2 bounces then on the green rolling out. How many bounces depends on slope and how close the pin is / grain etc etc.....lots of conditions to factor in including risk. If it's firm ground normally picture two bounces before the ball gets on the green and that gives you your landing area and speed of your strike etc
