Got Handgun Carry Permit and need advice...

[Vols & Home Depot car]

Am looking for something preferably light, that is easy to carry and not bulky, and reliable. We've had several muggings lately close to the neighborhood and decided it was time I get a permit. I got on Glocks website and saw some things but didn't know if there was a "consensus" amongst those who have experience with pistols.
