basketball and softball for the school. She played more than any other freshman this past year in basketball and led the team in charges and was 3rd in boards. Now she is starting at first or third depending on who pitches. She is batting cleanup which she doesn't like. Just a mental thing. Got on base all 3 times in this past weekends play. We are starting 4 freshmen on the infield: C, P, 1st/3rd and SS. Going to be a very interesting year. These girls have all played travel ball for 6-8 years so I doubted that I would and did not see any intimidation at the plate.Going to be fun.
