Would he have blown up into the prospect he did in Cartersville, Georgia? I get it that Northeast Tennessee has the least amount of talent in the state, but Tim Couch came out of an area in Kentucky that would make Chucky Doak look like Hoover High School.
It baffles me how our state can't produce elite quarterbacks. It has produced solid ones such as Chad Pennington and Bo Wallace but not much else.
