Had a chance to watch the highlights of Harrison Bailey in the film above. I gave a quick synopsis of each play from the perspective of a high school coach. I hope this provides some insight for the board.

TL;DR - HB has a great frame. Athletic and moves well but will not likely be a guy with designed QB runs or run reads. Decisive with the football and appears to make solid, albeit basic, pre-snap and post- snap decisions/diagnostics. Feels and moves really well in the pocket and has incredible footwork for a high school QB - esp. a Junior. Film does not show him unloading a 70 yard deep ball but short to intermediate throws have plenty of zip and are consistently well-placed. Arm strength is definitely there. He is an elite QB prospect.

Clip 1 - Well placed 50/50 type ball on a Fade Route off of a Mesh Concept. Appears to be reading the Free Safety (#27). Decisive and gets the gets the ball out quickly. Solid footwork.
Clip 2 - Harder throw than it looks. That out route travels a long way in the air. Positive: well-thrown ball from a somewhat unclean pocket. Negative: Don't like the footwork here "clicks" heels together on 2nd step - hitch up seems unnecessary. Ball is also completed short of the sticks on 3rd down.
Clip 3 - Easily the most impressive clip on this highlight film. Pretty basic Boot concept. Feels immediate pressure and works up and out of the pocket. Resets his feet, squares hips and shoulders and delivers a strike to a backside WR in a true scramble drill situation. Really impressive play.
Clip 4 - Basic sprint out Flood concept - a high-low read - usually targets the intermediate out as Bailey does here. Well placed ball - looks to throw well on the move.
Clip 5 - Defense playing coverage here and only rushing 4. Looks like a Chip Kelly staple Cross concept that we will see in a minute. Boundary Defensive End rushes inside and gives up contain. Bailey makes them pay. Moves well - I like that he gets out of bounds and protects himself.
Clip 6 - This is definitely the aforementioned Cross concept. Again the Boundary DE gives up contain. I would have like to have seen Bailey stay in the pocket and wait on the Cross route (#3) open up. Not a bad decision to pull the ball down on 2nd & 20 though. Runs well - needs to protect football. Gets offensive back into a 3rd & manageable.
Clip 7 - Double move here by #10 (Keyton?) on a double Smash Concept. Looks like the ball is designed to go specifically to 10. Ball is out on time and is accurately placed. REALLY nice footwork avoiding a quick rush.
Clip 8 - Impressive part of this play is where Bailey goes with the ball. Rush comes from the weakside edge (generally meaning coverage is kicking to the strong side). Recognizes this quickly and throws the single WR sit route.
Clip 9 - Well placed end zone fade. Good footwork. Ball out quickly.
Clip 10 - Sprint Smash concept. Rolling left - does a good job flipping hips and shoulders and throwing accurately sprinting away from throwing arm side. Quickly decisive again.
Clip 11 - Stick concept. Likely a pre-snap read with where he is going with the ball. Gets it out quickly and accurately. Relatively easy throw.
Clip 12 - Impressive again here pre-snap. A basic zone pressure from the defense but Bailey appears to put his RB in perfect position to pick up the blitzing WLB. Does a really good job moving his feet subtly in the pocket. Appears to know where he's going with the ball pre-snap. Hits the Post between 3 defenders in the middle of the field. Great play.
Clip 13 - Not a play that jumps on the film on first watch but really impressed by 1. Staying calm operating from his own end-zone. 2. Again throws accurately off his platform throwing to the left.
Clip 14 - Another "Wow" play here. Subtle pocket movement to avoid the C Gap pressure. Exactly how you teach this maneuver in regards to his footwork. Throws across the middle with a man in his face. Throws an accurate ball across the middle despite getting smacked.
Clip 15 - Wonder if Bailey did anything with the protection prior to the ball being snapped. Looks like a full slide protection to the right with the RB responsible for the left edge. Not a big gain here but few high school kids can put that ball in that first slant window. Shows excellent arm strength and timing.
Clip 16 - Anticipatory throw here. Hits his inside post on Mills (Double Post) Concept vs man in the red zone. Throws his WR away from the safety. Good read good ball.
Clip 17 - Strange concept. Not sure if 10 should have taken his route that far inside. Two WRs far too close to the same area. Ball could have been out of Bailey's hand a second sooner. Still a well placed ball and 10 shows strong hands bringing it in.
Clip 18 - Defense playing lots of man coverage. Knows exactly where he wants to go with the ball pre-snap. Accurately thrown Slant that allows 10 to run after the catch.
Clip 19 - One of the longer throws in the air on the clip. Appears to read Free Safety - FS leans to the crossing route of #3 giving 1v1 coverage to the post of #10. Good read although the play develops slowly and a well placed ball.
Clip 20 - Low snap to start the play. Not sure if the snap is to blame but Bailey's footwork gets "clunky" again here. Clip shows the ability to accurately throw a "firm" seam route - really nice throw that travels 30+ yards in the air while not getting too high in the air.
Clip 21 - Similar read to Clip 19 - Defense is in Quarters coverage - FS leans to the crossing route of #3 leaving a 1v1 on #10. Well thrown deep ball that is not left short.
Clip 22 - Defense brings pressure and appears to play Cover 1 behind it. Could have thrown his field side corner route after pulling the ball down but not a bad decision to tuck and get what he can.
Clip 23 - Defense brings a man pressure again here. Interesting escape method on the pressure. Does a great job keeping eyes down field and INCREDIBLE job resetting feet quickly.
Clip 24 - Designed shot play down the field by the offense ends up being well covered. Finds his intermediate throw - INCREDIBLE placement and arm strength displayed on this throw - shows some stones and confidence in even attempting this throw.
Clip 25 - Nice footwork and nice anticipation - throws the Corner route before/as the WR breaks. Plenty of RPMs on this throw.
Clip 26 - Strong throw from a messy pocket. I don't like his ball handling - spinning it around in his hand as he catches it - but some coaches don't see it as a big deal.
Clip 27 - Pretty basic back shoulder throw near the goal line. But believe me when I say not every high school kid can make this throw.
Clip 28 - OL appears to just get run over at times. Does a nice job escaping and keeping his eyes downfield. Accurate throw on the run.
