to find our next AD? I think they should ask and pay Spurrier, Buzz Peterson (still coaching, I think?), Wade Houston, Les Miles and probably more failed coaches at Vandy, Mizzou, and probably some division 3 schools as well. Hell, Carson Newman probably has some ex-coaches that would take some money to recommend our new Chancellor's former AD for the job.
