Here is the reason the DL got pressure in the 4th qtr

Arkansas slowed their offense WAY down. 1) this gave UT DL time to catch their breath AND refocus rather than the frantic pace of play in the 3rd qtr
2) taking their foot off the gas caused the Ark offense to lose some intensity.

I think if Ark has continued to play fast, the score may have been 38-13
