The class the top 6 will put together this year, which is probably Bama, Ohio St, UGA, Oklahoma, Michigan and FSU, can be differentiated than the next 6-9 spots by their number of 5 stars and low number of 3 stars. However, the difference between 7th and 15th normally comes down to the number of 4 star players.

"Some" services have Ignont, Bailey, Locklear, Bennett, Crosby and Reid as 3 stars and if they were all consensus 4 stars you go into the top 10 instead of top 15. The offer list for these guys is strong so how someone views them as a 3 star compared to someone else is where rankings get extremely subjective...you can pick 2-3 other players currently sitting at a 3 star commit for UT.

With the understanding offers can be pulled as time passes, how are these guys not consensus 4 stars?

Offer List At One Time:

Ignont - UF, FSU, UGA, LSU, Miami, UM, Clemson, ND, Penn St
Bailey - ND, Oregon, A&M, UNC, Arkansas, Ole Miss
Locklear - FSU, UM, Penn State, Ole Miss ,Auburn
Bennett - UF, FSU, UGA, LSU, Miami, UM, ND
Reid - FSU, UM, LSU, Miami, Auburn, Ole Miss
Crosby - UF, FSU, UM, Ole Miss, ND, Penn State
