A good player now can demand to be recruited 3-4 times. That has to change

HS
Free transfer
Grad transfer

And then add having to recruit him possibly to stay at his current school another year (and up his NIL deal) etc bc his play has improved and he's just starting to be developed into a better player bc of your coaching and program

CFB must change this and soon. The NFL doesn't allow this kind of player freedom. Somehow there has to be a contract involved. Even coaches have buyouts and penalties and morality clauses etc. Total free agency in the sport makes the sport worse imo. I still like the idea of no free transfer for any reason and sit out a year. If a player wants to move then just sit out that year. There must be a deterrent to transferring and a benefit to honoring your commitment til you graduate.
