The NCAA and Lawyers were on campus from the time this coaching arrived until November 1st. Everyone in the SEC lives in grey area but no way UT coaches could. UT bagmen were getting interviewed by lawyers or nervous they were about to the entire class. NIL was supposed to come out in January and announced late May that it would start in June. Other schools already had laws in place to start in June. UT had to be cautious with NIL because they couldn't afford any more violation mistakes.
Heup and company is going to land a TOP 25 class and saved Plowman 12 million dollars (Pruit Contract) doing it squeaky clean. AMAZING
