Why was Currie not mentioned more earlier? I know nothing about the guy but I am a bit surprised that he didn't get more attention as a possible candidate if he was interested. On paper he seems like a top candidate but he was barely even mentioned. Perceived lack of interest on his part? Skeletons? Something else?
