Honest question: Do/ Will we ever reach Top 10 consistently in recruiting ?

Looking at the landscape, occasionally we could do so. If we want to be elite, we must have a couple of top 5 classes... Can Huepel out recruit the likes of
TX A&M
Texas
LSU
FL
Oh St.
Mich
USC
Oregon
Clemson
Oklahoma

UGA and Bama are another level, but can we out recruit the schools above to get back in the elite like we feel we should be????
