Don't know how likely keeping both will be.. But looks like best case scenario is DeBord and Z as Co-OC (or Cosch Z as passing coordinator, however you want to title it), Sheridan working with the QBs, and no turnover at all on defense.
I would imagine DeBord would work closely with OL or TEs as well.
