Compared to most years?
Just watched Martinez's highlights (I don't usually watch a guy until he commits lest I get let down). He throws like a guy that has been in a college program a couple years and he's a fast and smooth runner.
Apparently coaches are drooling over Trevor Lawrence and Emory Jones and Justin Fields aren't slouches either. These are just the guys I'm aware of because of Tennessee, I'm sure there are others.

For the record, I wouldn't take any other quarterback over Martinez, he looks like the complete package and again (I've said it before) like many vol commits he seems to be incredibly level headed for a highschool Junior.
