How is this possible, TSSAA? Hardin Valley baseball kid transfers to Knox Christian

So the kid at Hardin Valley whose mom was behind the complaints that led to his suspension and reinstatement has transferred to Knoxville Christian. How is he immediately eligible to play this year? If your Tim Corbin at Vandy, why would you want to put up with this parent? I know I would have already pulled his scholarship offer, can find just as talented kid without the parental headaches.
