Every time I order Jimmy John's (This is not an endorsement of Jimmy John's as I think they are way down the list in sandwich shop rankings but they deliver and in a pinch I have to order from there), they refuse to cut my sammich in half despite instructions to do so. I give them a $3.00 tip on a $10.00 order. Surely, I should get it the way I want it, right?
