Regardless of your thoughts on Mullen as a head coach at Tennessee it is clear that he can devolop quarterbacks AND play to their strengths.

Alex Smith, Brian Johnson for Utah who was a great college QB, Leak, Tebow, Dak and Fitzgerald.

He identifies them in recruiting, develops them and develops a scheme for them to thrive as well as a week to week game plan that he executes with success.

I think Jarrett would be next.
