If we could get him and a solid OC I would be all for it. The guy is still an elite coach and doesn't have a job right now. We could probably get him for a decent bargain. His issue in the past has been his OC, so I think it would be a huge upgrade if we go out and get him PLUS a good OC. Butch Jones has done an excellent job of getting this team back to within striking distance, but he is not the man to deliver the blow. I have said this since last year, so please save the fair weather fan and "go home red" comments. I'd take Les over Tom Herman as well, we need an experienced coach who has what it takes to win big games.
