How often can you golf while being married with young kids?

Asking for a friend...Assume you work 50/hrs week and have 2 kids below 4 yrs old and a pregnant wife. How does a guy find time to hit the links every wk while staying happily married? I dont see how dads consistently play and are committed to their family.
