Yes, Hooker is not as good as Dobbs running the ball, particularly with ball security demonstrated in Orange to-date, BUT there is a fair bit of similarity to their rushing skills, imo. Dobbs ran with more power and broke more tackles, but with the spin move he has shown I think Hooker is fairly comparable in terms of speed, quickness, and agility.
