Is there a worse 100 mile stretch of interstate in Tennessee than from Chattanooga to Murfreesboro?
Well traveled across this fine state and I have come to truly dread driving that area. Absolute bumper to bumper every time we travel until it opens back up to 4 lanes.
It was asinine to only have 2 lanes constructed there despite high traffic volume. But I’m sure that path was extremely costly and tough to construct with the mountains. I will however tip the cap to the views from the bridge going over Nickajack Lake.
