Kids that are over 300 pounds in high school usually have bad weight and often not as quick. A Phillips is a perfect potential inside guy. Give me quickness. Tuttle is one of the rare exceptions. I believe our thinking there is correct. I have always believed in projecting guys to move up one position size wise in college. I also think we need to go back to projecting running backs to be linebackers in college. Safeties at outside linebacker. I like recruiting high school qbs and projecting them at safety or receiver. You out good weight on players. Easier to put on than take off.
