I have no doubt whatsoever that the Tennessean hates us, and Rexrode is just happy to be on the hate train.
Criticize the performance all you want, but, I take real offense when a so called 'professional' journalist starts poking fun at the Orange.
Tennessee Orange is BEAUTIFUL. NOTHING in college football is more beautiful than that Orange under a blue, sun filled sky on a Saturday in Neyland. From the glistening of the checkerboards to the all orange uniforms, its a beautiful sight.
But Rexrode says its arena league football 'ugly'. Well, to HADES with you, Joe Rexrode, you unwashed reprobate.
(NOW, note I am not speaking of the gazillion shades of orange in the stands. THAT bothers me. But the stuff on the field? Heck no. And if some one doesn't like it, especially some pinheaded columnist from the north, the heck with them!)
