Clean house from Butch down and make the staff consist of all the guru's and experts on the GQ. We could save a lot of money as most of them would probably be falling all over themselves to make 100k a year. We would win the east every year, beat Bama every year, and finish with the number one recruiting class every year. It wouldn't matter who got hurt, who played poorly, or what game altering crucial decision needed to be made they would make the right one every time. If we lost and their family got cussed out and kids ridiculed at school they would be good with it because they have doubled their salary to coach the game they love!
